Standard Consultation

A Standard Consultation (60 minutes) is $245.00 including GST.  Fees are payable at the time of the appointment via on-line processing.

You do not need a referral from a doctor to make an appointment.  However, if you would like to claim Medicare Rebates from your appointments, please ensure you see your GP prior to your first appointment to obtain a referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan.

Parenting Coordination

Via Telehealth only – $375.00 (including GST) per hour.

Initial consultation with each caregiver, for two hours each, separately, then hourly after this or as required. Sessions can be conducted jointly, separately, or via shuttle

Turn-around time:  4 – 6 weeks

Scope:  Interviews, background reading material and subpoenaed documents (up to 500 pages – additional fee of $250.00 + GST per 100 pages thereafter) and may include psychometric testing, risk of violence and threat assessment

Child Impact Report

Fees:  $4,500.00 + GST

Turn-around time:  2 – 4 weeks

Scope:  Brief interview with parents and subject child/ren, this brief.  Does not include extensive background reading of any subpoenaed documents, however, we request the following documents no later than 2 weeks prior to interview.

• Letter of joint instruction
• Affidavit from each party or a one-page summary of events to date
• Copy of the most recent court-orders if applicable

Please note: Child Impact Reports are not suitable for complex matters involving allegations of violence or abuse to the investigated.

They are a brief assessment of how the children are currently functioning and will not have the scope to investigate, substantiate, or refute allegations.
